"The only good thing about it was the boat cleanliness, otherwise.. they were late with the boat and worse that the staff were rude. Thank you for ruining my wedding proposal. The music broke down which literally took them 1 hour to fix from my time.. no extra time was given to us although we didn’t ask, should have been a courtesy. Everything is positive and I pay 1400 ADE for 2 hrs. 😡😡😡 But on event day 8 September 2025 this company gave me very cheapest yacht which was totally different yacht 😔. Before booking this company showed yachts but after payment they gave a very small and inexpensive yacht but I gave them the full amount of 1400 ADE. This totally frauds MI yacht company. I request that customers do not pay in advance. Try to stay away from this company. Here, I do not have luxury experience in the yacht now I am going to book another yacht to experience good. I am totally angry and disappointed with that day on my best friend birthday because it spoiled all of us mood. Fraud. 😡😡😡"
