To secure your voyage into luxury, a deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving written confirmation. This deposit ensures your reservation and confirms the availability of the yacht with your chosen captain.
The remaining balance can be conveniently settled in advance or upon the day of your exclusive yacht escapade. We offer flexible payment options, including a secure payment link, bank transfer, or cash. Stay tuned, as we're soon accepting certain cryptocurrencies for added convenience.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and thus, we have curated a comprehensive cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances:
A 100% refund will be processed for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arranged departure, ensuring your peace of mind.
For cancellations between 10 and 14 days prior to departure, a 50% refund will be processed, allowing you some flexibility.
Cancellations between 7 and 10 days prior to departure will receive a 30% refund, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
Regrettably, cancellations within 7 days of the arranged departure cannot be refunded, as meticulous preparations are already underway to ensure your enchanting voyage.
